Bikram Yoga  is a series of 26-postures completed  in an order specifically designed to provide optimal health and longevity. In a three year research  project at the Tokyo University Hospital, Bikram helped doctors prove that yoga regenerates tissues and thus helps cure chronic  ailments.The routine is dynamic and exhilarating. Classes are 90 minutes long and are conducted in a room heated to  about 105 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit to warm up the whole body,to work the body deep into muscles, tendons and ligaments and change/regenerate the body from the inside out. The class is designed for all levels-first-time students and experienced practitioners alike!
Bikram yoga benefits are not only for meditation. It is more than that; Bikram yoga also gives us some advantages from the detoxification to regain our skin quality. This type of yoga is different from the other yoga type.
It is held in one room with temperature about 38-42 degree Celsius. This concept has a purpose to stimulate perspiration and help to precede detoxification or released the toxic in our body. If your body felt so tired doing the exercise, it’s better for you not to force it.
Bikram yoga should be done in 90 minutes. Total calories that can be burned in 90 minutes if you choose Bikram yoga class are about 500-600 calories. Then you will get Bikram yoga benefits by doing the exercise regularly.
